Meet Eric Shirley
When you call Shirley Pest & Property, you're talking to Eric — not a call center. He's the owner and the technician who shows up at your door, does the work, and stands behind it. Twenty-five years of Central New York pest problems means he's probably handled the yellowjacket nest in your eaves — and the mice in your garage — more than once before.

Neighbors Who Stopped Calling Anyone Else
"We had a yellowjacket nest right over the front door. He came the same day, took care of it, and walked us through what to watch for. No drama, no upsell."
"Mice in the garage every single winter until Shirley sealed the whole foundation line. Two years now and not one sign of them."
"Stink bugs took over our sunroom. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. Honest pricing and he actually answers his phone."
"I manage six rental units on the Northside. He is the only guy I call now — fast, clean, and my tenants like him."
